Tiffany Glass and Decorating Company

Exhibited at DESIGN MIAMI. 2023 Favrile Glass Mosaic Fireplace Surround from the Howell Hinds House. This magnificent fireplace surround is composed of a geometric pattern of iridescent mosaic glass tiles in shades of red, orange and amber. The surround, along with all other interior decorations, was commissioned by Mr. Howell Hinds for his home in Cleveland, Ohio. After the demolition of the Hinds home in 1928, the piece lay in storage until 1969. Circa 1898.
