Tempo Series, Set of 2 – Topaz & Ivory Flutes – Sculptural Glasses.
The inner core of the stem is decorated with our Macchia su Macchia technique, then covered with a thick layer of crystal. The surface has an irregular texture obtained by the passage of the glass – still glowing – on a specially designed cast iron plate. The irregularities of the glass create lavish and elegant shades and glows.’

Inspiration is derived from the great archaeological, historical and cultural heritage of Italy.
Objects and symbols from a common past, translated in a contemporary way. The
aesthetic is maximalist in colour, yet minimalist in shape with a strong focus
on Murano blown glass.
Stories of Italy is proud to represent a small contribution to the preservation of Italian heritage, striving to keep traditions alive as well as giving them a place in modernity.
