Description/
Anna Badur’s Tide Collection is a range of porcelain vases, each featuring a unique wave pattern. She hand casts the vases in an archetypal shape. She then applies the blue, black, or green aqueous decor to the pure white form in an experimental process and fires at 1400°C. The vase is glazed from the inside only. The outside is velvety, polished biscuit porcelain. This is an open edition design, but the handmade process ensures each piece is one-of-a-kind; patterns and intensity of color varies from piece to piece.
Biscuit Porcelain.
