John Dickinson, early Trompe-l’œil cabinet, detailed hand painted by John Dickinson which was used in his historic firehouse residence, San Francisco, California.
Cabinet features 2 doors with four drawers, vertical
storage areas and inner cabinet space to hang mirror as pictured or any personal effects.
Signed lower left and dated to base ‘John Dickinson 1964’.
Exhibited: Art of Wine, 29 April-4 May 1974, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.
