With origins from a spatial design discipline, André Fu embarks on a journey to challenge himself with the notion of creating a dialogue between object and user. He questions traditional materials and techniques to foster his own creative language to evoke a quality that transcends the formal expression of dimensionality.

The objects illustrates his evolving vision through experimental representation, featuring a personal exploration into the materiality of bronze. Each object, which runs in editions, is conceived with its own inspiration and personality while conveying the duality and contrast between the restrained and the expressed. One key highlight that shall be showcased is the Arrival Table.

Grounded by a charcoal cast bronze base, the piece’s bold silhouette juxtaposes figurative and abstract expression. This experimentation of bronze as a medium allows Andre to investigate unique material qualities into evolving forms. It is also highlighted by a Brazilian Rota Da Seta marble in a deep rose burgundy hue – it is engraved with a cascading motif to accentuate the rigorous movement and oscillating grains of the natural blush-toned stone.
