Description/
The Converging OBELISK II Light Sculpture 24″ is a part of the Obelisk series from Optical Monuments – a collection exploring the intersection of refraction, diffusion, transparency, and myth. The Obelisk series uses optics to achieve a comforting warm glow, contrasted by sharp geometric refractions. Each piece acts as a beacon of light, which culminates at its top in a carved geometric expression. Each sculpted top – an abstracted architectural form – is layered with personal meaning accumulated over time. The Obelisk pieces come in 14in or 28in tall bedside/countertop size. As well a 40in or 52in tall floor lamps
