INDEBUURT in dutch “in the neighborhood”, is a one off project in a limited edition of 10 inspired by dutch cities.

A full polished aluminum armchair characterised by elementary geometries and a sharp design. The structure is made by four concentric triangles and two sheet panels assembled together with stainless steel pins, a game of embeddings that exalts the formal purity and stands out for its elegance. A solid and comfy armchair suitable both for indoors and outdoors that strongly characterises every space.

INDEBUURT is enhanced by a unique wool seat cover realised by the dutch textiles artist Beatrice Waanders The soft world for Bhulls design studio.

The rug is made of Dutch Drenthe Heath Sheep Wool, a primitive breed of sheep native of an old regio in the North East of The Netherlands.
Handmade by old crafts felting techniques, is based on a unique project of Beatrice Waanders called “Happy Sheep” that focus on the stamp of the ram as part of the design. In wool industry this parts of the sheepfleece are considered useless and therefor destroyed, while Beatrice aims to value this wool turning it into precious artworks.

Each rug is one of a kind, colours and shape vary for every INDEBUURT armchair, customisable by request.
