Designed by Joseph-André Motte for the producer Charron in 1959, this chest of drawers in made of teak veneer and sycamore handles.
It is one of the most iconic and rare pieces of furniture designed by this important designer of the 50s in France, probably because of its unique design, as Motte is here playing with the forms and using the contrats between the rectangular shape of the body and the curved feet that also reming the shape of the drawers handles.
The multitude of drawers – and knobs – create a pattern on the front while providing a very functional storage furniture.

Style: French Mid-Century
