Jaydan Moore

Jaydan Moore finds old silver-plated platters, which he cuts apart and fits together meticulously by hand along the engraved scroll patterns to create stunning compositions for the wall and in this case the table. “Canteen” is one of only a few object-artworks created by Moore to date, and it is a stunning example with details to intrigue at every angle. A piece by Moore is currently hanging at the Carnegie Museum of Art, others can be found in the MFA Houston, the Honolulu Museum of Art and numerous distinguished private collections worldwide.
