Atelier Oï’s Belt Bar Stool is a companion to the Swiss designers’ Belt Chair, a classic Objet Nomade. It features the same precision-cut strips of rich Louis Vuitton leather stretched across a taller, elegantly proportioned steel frame that form a smoothly undulating dune-like surface. The “belts” are attached using brass buckles and solid brass studs, which, viewed from behind, bear witness to Louis Vuitton’s traditional savoir-faire. Beautiful, yet sturdy, the Belt Bar Stool – available in several different colour combinations – embodies Atelier Oï’s distinctive design vision and the Maison’s leatherworking expertise.
