Galerie BSL

Founded by Béatrice Saint-Laurent in 2010, Galerie BSL produces and exhibits works that challenge the established boundaries of art and design, and that aspire to engage the imagination. These functional sculptures
"introduce the unexpected at the heart of functionality", as design historian Anne Bony underlines. The emphasis is placed on the value of craftsmanship and the sensitive dimension of the work, seeking to produce astonishment, surprise or even wonder. There is a commitment to exploring and renewing materials, both physically and conceptually, striving to question the obvious and create objects that are as meaningful as they are intriguing.
